PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal information such as name, phone number, email, appointment history, and payment details processed securely via Square or approved payment platforms. Information is used strictly for scheduling, communication, service delivery, marketing (with consent), and legal compliance. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties. Images and videos are only used with client/student consent for marketing or educational purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All services are performed by licensed professionals in the State of New York. Clients must provide accurate health and personal information prior to services. Results may vary based on individual conditions. By booking, you agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions. Sari’s Beauty Corporation reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be canceled. No-shows will result in deposit loss and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

PAYMENT POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure appointments. We accept cash and card payments via Square. All sales are final. No refunds for completed services. Chargebacks will be disputed with signed agreements and booking confirmations.

CLIENT AGREEMENT

By booking any service, you agree to all policies including payment, cancellation, and service conditions. You acknowledge that services are non-invasive and results are not guaranteed.

ACADEMY POLICY – IN PERSON (NEW YORK)

All in-person courses are conducted in New York under applicable regulations. Students are responsible for obtaining any required state licenses to practice professionally. All course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed classes are not refundable. Sari’s Beauty Corporation is not responsible for student licensing approval. Students agree to maintain professional behavior during training. Practice on live models is done under supervision but at student responsibility.

ACADEMY POLICY – ONLINE (LATAM)

Online courses are for educational purposes only. Certification does not grant legal permission to practice in any specific country. Students are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Access to course materials is non-refundable once granted. Content may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or resold. Violation may result in legal action.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, manuals, videos, and materials are property of Sari’s Beauty Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

MEDIA RELEASE

Clients and students consent to the use of images/videos for marketing and educational purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By engaging in services or enrolling in courses, you agree to all policies stated in this document.
